He sold it for $2.95 million in March 2010 to Daniel Crown, an heir to the General Dynamics fortune and cousin of late Palm Beach philanthropist, Barry Crown. Daniel's grandfather is Henry Crown, a Chicago billionaire industrialist who died in 1990.
