Clint Eastwood's House (Former)

The actor and director bought this Spanish styled estate called Hacienda Este Madera in 1994 for $3.925 Million. He listed the estate for sale in October 2016 for $9.75 Million and sold it in August 2018 in an off market deal for $6.975 Million. The 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 6,922 sqft house was built in 1928 and it sits on a 4.71 acre lot.

The main residence has thick adobe walls, a terracotta tiled roof and the original Spanish-style wooden doors at the front of the home. The house is built around a central, open-air cobble courtyard with wooden detailing, oak trees and a central fountain. A loggia that wraps around the courtyard leads to each of the 6 bedroom suites. Spanish inspiration carries into the interior, where rooms center around intricately carved, Moorish doors, high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and multiple fireplaces. A number of rooms are decorated with custom glass chandeliers and tiled floors, and a stone terrace leads out to a large lawn and garden.
