Ellie Kemper is an actress who is best known for her role of Erin on the American version of 'The Office' and for her titular role in 'The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmit' on Netflix.

Kemper's family is one of the wealthiest in the state of Missouri. A $5M donation put her grandmother's name on the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum at Washington University in St. Louis. Kemper's father is the former chairman and CEO of Commerce Bancshares, which was founded by her grandfather, William Thornton Kemper, Sr.
