Eric Schmidt's House (Formerly Veronique Peck's)

Executive Chairman of Google Eric Schmidt bought this house in 2014 for $22 Million.

Veronique Peck, widow of legendary Hollywood actor Gregory Peck, bought this house in 2004 and lived here until her death in 2012. The house was listed in 2013 for $25 Million. The house is located on South Mapleton Drive in Holmby Hills, which is considered to be on of the most expensive streets in all of Los Angeles.

It was falsely reported that Gregory Peck lived in this house but he and Veronique actually lived in a house on nearby North Carolwood Drive until his death in 2003, which has since been demolished. Veronique bought this house a year after his death.
