J Ira Harris' house

J Ira Harris is the founder and chairman of J. I. Harris & Associates. Previously, he was in charge of the Midwest operation of Blair & Company. He joined Salomon Brothers in 1969 as a General Partner and served as a member of the Executive Committee of Salomon Brothers from 1978 to 1983. He also served as a Director of Phibro-Salomon. In January 1988, he joined Lazard Freres & Company as a Senior Partner and member of its Management Committee
