Jeff Stone's house

Jeff Stone is a developer who built the Ko Olina Resort. This home is still popularly known as the old Sullivan estate, although it's been a couple of decades since beloved businessman and philanthropist Maurice J. "Sully" Sullivan inhabited the 'Aina Haina home. He was the founder of the Foodland supermarket chain and was the first to introduce McDonald's to Hawai'i.
