Anonymous's picture Purchased this home from oscar winner Kathy Bates in 2001. This english style home has 3 bedrooms, spa, gardens and library. Has veiws to downtown and the ocean. Bates had restored parts of the home including a sunroom and conservatory, aswell as a waterfall in the entrance lobby all made from marble.
