Gores owns more than $150 million in real estate across Los Angeles. In addition to this property, his holdings include a house in Beverly Park, two houses in Mulholland Estates, two properties in Bel Air, an oceanfront home in Malibu, a massive home on Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills, and another smaller Beverly Hills home.
