Purchased for $9M in 2013 by Ta-lin Hsu, he is Chairman and Founder of H&Q Asia Pacific, an Asian private equity firm. Hsu joined Hambrecht & Quist Group in 1985 as a General Partner and founded H&Q Asia Pacific in 1987 before its independent incorporation in 1990.
