This is the house of drug trafficker, Yuri Landau and his 14-year-old daughter Ludmilla aka Lucia. The two kidnappers stake out the house, see the bedridden wife and later kidnap Lucia.
The house is located close to the East River and offers a great view of the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge.
