The home was build in in 1982, in the Swedish longhouse style, just months before the band broke up.
The two couples who made up the group, Agnetha Fältskog and Björn Ulvaeus, and Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, continued to live in the home until selling it in 1986.
