Albert C. Ebert was a Chicago real estate investor and major property owner in the Loop. Besides his real estate investments, Mr. Ebert also owned restaurants, an advertising agency and the largest medical-technician school in the Midwest, all in Chicago. He passed away in 2008, and his estate still owns the house.

this house was sold in 2010,and is no longer owned by the Ebert estate.
