The Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin spent her final years in the Luxury Riverfront towers in Downtown Detroit, Franklin Died in the condo on August 16, 2018, at age 76. Riverfront Towers is the same building African American Civil Rights icon Rosa Park lived in her final years.
Franklin owned several properties in the Detroit Area, most featured on this site
