Barbara Gage's House

Barbara Carlson Gage jointly owns hotel, travel and restaurant company Carlson Inc. with her sister, Marilyn Carlson Nelson, who chairs the board. Her father, Curt (d. 1999), founded the company to sell Gold Bond trading stamps in the 1930s and later expanded into dining and hospitality.

As of May 2014, Forbes ranks her among the 125 richest Americans, worth an estimated $4.5 billion.
