Charles Falcone is a Jupiter Island commisioner. He and his wife Nola have lived on the island since 1994. Their “other home” is in Augusta , GA. In 1997 he retired from American Electric Power, a large Midwestern electric utility company, and continued as a consultant to that firm and several others since then.
