The German businessman, entrepreneur and financial fraudster Daniel Uckermann resided in this mansion until his arrest in 2016. While in business, he defrauded his investors of an estimated 100 million euros, the press reports.
Daniel Uckermann was known for his luxurious lifestyle. His garage housed Lamborghini, Maserati, Aston Martin and BMW cars. His racing hobby also devoured huge sums, from renting the racing cars to all-round service in the pits.
As a multi-millionaire, Uckermann also bought a diplomatic passport from the Republic of the Congo. After a year on the run, Daniel Uckerman was arrested in Innsbruck on August 13, 2016 and held in custody pending extradition for two months.
