Milek is the billionaire Chairman of CCC, Poland's largest retail company (footwear). He also has a diverse real estate portfolio which includes shopping centers across Poland. Milek purchased the Pałac w Chróstniku for €4.4 million and renovated the 18th century Baroque palace. As of April 2014, Forbes ranks him as the fifth-richest Pole, worth an estimated $1.1 billion.
