This is the home that David Cassidy bought in 2001. The 6,400-square-foot house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. There's a private beach and 131 feet of waterfront with a dock and boat lift. He remodelled it in 2006 with custom wood floors, a chef's kitchen, the rear back and garden and also added hurricane windows/doors. Unfortunately, due to his alcohol addiction and other financial issues, Cassidy filed for bankruptcy in 2015 and died in 2017.
The house was sold at an auction for $2 million to investors from Maryland. They rented it out, complete with Cassidy memorabilia on display, for short-term vacations, a newspaper reported. In 2018, it was listed for sale for $3.9 million.
