Mark Walter's House (formerly David Geffen's House)

Chicago-based billionaire finance mogul and Los Angeles Dodgers owner, Mark Walter purchased this home in May of 2017, in an off-market deal for a record-shattering $85 Million.

At the time of its purchase by the Walter family, in 2017, the home set the record for the most expensive home ever sold in Malibu.

The home was acquired from billionaire music and film executive, David Geffen, who had bought the home in 1975 for $405,004.
