The thing that separates the DeVos house from the other mansions is the Helipad and the private hanger. This is the only private residence in the area that has these and DeVos has the first permit issued from the township to be able fly in and out. They also just finished building another home off Lake Macatawa in Holland however the maps aren't completely updated. But nice finds on the other mansions.

The house on Steketee Ave belongs to Daniel DeVos, brother of Dick. The large addition on Dick DeVos' house is an indoor Tennis/Gym facility not a hanger. Their Helipad is across the street.

Check out this several hundred acre estate. Belongs to Steven VanAndel, Chairman of Amway Corp.

The Old Woods Ct. house is owned by Hank Meijer, heir of the Meijer grocery store chain.

1780 Old Woods Court is not owned by a Meijer; it's owned by Karl Betz of Betz Industries.

Meijer must have sold the Old Woods Ct. house. It used to be owned by Hank Meijer.

No, Old Woods Ct. was never owned by a Meijer. It was built by Mr. Betz - I used to mow his lawn. ;)
