Doug's apartment building from "Goon"

Doug "The Thug" Glatt, the main character from the 2012 movie "Goon" played by Seann William Scott, lived in this apartment building.

After getting promoted to play for the Halifax Highlanders, Doug shared an apartment with his new hotshot teammate Xavier Laflamme. Interior scenes of the building were filmed on a separate set.
