This is the 163 acre estate Elvis Presley purchased in February 1966 for $437,000. The main reason for buying was the property's ability to house horses, he had recently purchased a horse named "The Rising Sun". He also spent some of his his honeymoon here with his then wife Priscilla after their wedding in 1967. Elvis sold the estate on May 20th 1968 for $440,100.
