The house was previously owned by fashion designers Bruce Makowsky and Kathy Van Zeeland. They purchased the property in 2012 as an investment in 2012. That same year, they leased the property to György Gattyán, Hungary’s third-richest man and the owner of the massive “LiveJasmin” pornography website.
