Fred Hochberg is a businessman and civic leader. He was an executive at the Lillian Vernon Corporation for over 20 years before serving as Chairman and President of the Export–Import Bank of the United States from 2009-2017 under President Barack Obama, and was one of the highest-ranking LGBT officials in the Obama Administration. Hochberg serves as co-Chair of the Board of the Human Rights Campaign.
