The former Beatle rented this mid century modern Hollywood Hills home in the 1960's. Located on Blue Jay Way, it was here that he wrote the song "Blue Jay Way". The song eventually was recorded by the Beatles for the Magical Mystery Tour film and soundtrack record. It's a little tricky to find Blue Jay Way, as the street sign is constantly stolen by fans. The house was put on the market for $4.2 Million in 2012, and was sold for $3.8 Million in 2013.

Back then the house was owned by Peggy Lee's longtime manager Ludwig Gerber.
Paul Simon rented the same house shortly after Harrison. During Simon's time there he wrote 'Bridge Over Troubled Water'.
