Guma Aguiar the 35-year-old founder of a Texas oil and gas company that he sold for a reported $2.55 billion in 2006.

Aguiar's fishing boat turned up missing off the Fort Lauderdale coast the week of June 19th, 2012. As of late June 21st, the U.S. Coast Guard search was called off.

A petition was filed stating his disappearance may have been due to mental derangement and sever bipolar disorder.
