Harris Rosen is the founder, president and COO of Rosen Hotels & Resorts, which employs more than 3,000 people, boasts seven hotels (approximately 5,000 rooms), including the original Quality Inn, and the newest – the 1,500-room Rosen Shingle Creek resort. Rosen’s philanthropic efforts include a $20 million donation to fund 165 scholarships and establish the Rosen College of Hospitality management at University of Central Florida in Orlando, and the Tangelo Park Pilot Program.
