Silicon valley billionaire entrepreneur James H. Clark sold this house in 2003 to John Preston. Clark founded Netscape and Silicon Graphics. Clark now lives in a massive mansion in southern Palm Beach. He is also a devoted sailor and the owner of several high-tech sailboats that he has helped to design.
