This is the house of James Jannard, the billionaire founder of Oakley sunglasses, which he sold to Luxottica for $2.1 Billion in 2007, and one of the founders of Red Digital Cinema Camera Company, makers of professional digital cinematography cameras that are favorites of the Hollywood film making industry. The single-story, 18,000 square foot home has exposed concrete and aluminum construction and was completed in 2017.
