Jay DeMarcus' House

The bassist, harmony vocalist, and song writer in the country trio "Rascal Flatts", owns this home, but has been trying to sell it. He is a 2nd cousin of the band's lead singer Gary LeVox, as well as brother-in-law of country singer James Otto. He purchased the 7,379 sq ft, 6-bed, 8-bath home (w/recording studio) through a Trustee in 2005 for $1.95M. His newer, larger main residence is also featured on this site.
