The super-successful music executive turned headphones entrepreneur quietly paid $4.25M for this Spanish-style Little Holmby house in May 2014 and is currently having it renovated.
Iovine founded Interscope Records, home to many top hit musical artists. In 2006, he founded Beats Electronics with Dr. Dre, which they sold in 2014 to Apple for $3 billion.
Iovine's much larger longtime main residence in Holmby Hills, located on what is arguably the most expensive street in Los Angeles, is also featured on this site.
