Jon Gruden's condo

The coach of the Las Vegas Raiders purchased a condo in One Las Vegas, the 20-story high-rise residential towers located between Las Vegas Blvd. and Interstate 15, about four miles south of Allegiant Stadium, the new home of the NFL team. The two-bedroom unit on the fifth floor has 1,340 SF and was purchased for $360,000 in 2020. One Las Vegas is located between the new stadium and the Raider's headquarters in Henderson. The coach and his wife also purchased a custom home lot in the Southern Highlands community in Las Vegas.
