Joseph Cappy's house

Joseph E. Cappy is the former Chairman and CEO of Dollar Thrify Automotive. Previously, he was President and CEO of American Motors. After AMC's acquisition by Chrysler, he became a VP where he headed up International Operations. He was also involved with the divestiture of six non-core operations. He was successful in selling four of the six companies. Chrysler was unable to sell Dollar and Thrifty individually, so Mr. Cappy took the two public in late 1997.
