Keith Davidson is an attorney based in Beverly Hills.

Davidson most famously was the first attorney to represent adult film actress Stormy Daniels (real name Stephanie Clifford) in her non-disclosure agreement with Donald Trump, in which she was paid $130,000 for her silence over an affair the two had shortly after his son Baron was born.

On 6 JUN 2018, Daniels filed suit against Davidson when text messages revealed a cooperative relationship between Davidson and Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, thus violating Davidson's role as a fiduciary on behalf of Daniels.
