The Rolling Stones guitarist and his then-girlfriend, Anita Pallenberg, rented this property in the late 1970s. It was here that 17-year-old Scott Cantrell allegedly killed himself while playing Russian roulette with a stolen handgun in the presence of Pallenberg.
