Lee Maher's house

Lee J. Maher is a former co-owner of Unicorp, a real estate developer that now focuses on large lifestyle centers. He was bought out by partner and neighbor Chuck Whittall, who now owns and operates the company by himself. The business partners still own Unicorp New York, a builder of Walgreen's stores in New York and Rocks Fine Jewelry in the Millenia Mall in Orlando.

Maher is also the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Solar Blue, a solar energy company. He owns this 16,455 sq ft home.
