Lennart Mengwall's House

Lennart Mengwall has been Chairman of Primix Solutions Inc. since June 1997 and serves as its Co-Chief Executive Officer and also has been its Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer since October 14, 2002. Mr. Mengwall serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kevin Azzouz. Mr. Mengwall serves as General Partner of Avix Associates L.P. has more than 30 years experience in the information technology field. Previously, Mr. Mengwall served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Primix since October 18, 2000 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He co-founded Quest Development Corporation. In addition, he founded Atlantex Inc. Mr. Mengwall's experience includes 18 years in various management positions with IBM. After leaving IBM in 1985, he has pursued a more entrepreneurial career in software development and marketing. Mr. Mengwall holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers Institute of Technology in Sweden.
