Lester Crown's house

Lester Crown is the billionaire heir to the fortune of his late father, Chicago Financier Henry Crown. The family holdings he control include large stakes in Maytag, Hilton Hotels, Alltel, Aspen Skiing Company, New York's Rockefeller Center, the Chicago Bulls. He also holds a stake in the New York Yankees, being a Partner since 1973. Recent achievements include brokering a controversial agreement to expand O'Hare International Airport.

Previous owner was Michael Kittredge is the founder of Yankee Candle Company. In 1998, he sold the company to New York based private equity company, Forstmann Little, for $500 million.
