Malik Riaz is a Pakistani business tycoon who is the founder of Bahria Town, the largest privately held real estate development company in Asia.
Following an investigation and by the UK's National Crime Agency, and a freezing of his UK assets, he agreed to hand over £140M in cash and this Grade II listed house, valued at £50M, to the government.
