The property was purchased in August of 2020 for $6 Million, a few days after he sold a lot for $10.5 Million in The Summit Club, another exclusive residential community across town in Summerlin. The new lot in Ascaya is closer to the brand new Raiders headquarters and practice facility a few miles away.
