Mike Lazaridis is the founder and co-CEO of Research In Motion (RIM), which created and manufactures the BlackBerry wireless handheld device. He is also a former chancellor of the University of Waterloo, and an Officer of the Order of Canada.
Lazaridis owns this home on 76 acres. He reportedly spent $2.3M on the original 8,500 sqft home which was demolished so that he could build this $13.2M house.
