The Russian businessman owned this townhome at 11 East 64th Street, which has been seized by the US Government in conjunction with an investigation into money-laundering, bribery, racketeering and murder.

Deripaska is also known for his association with Donald Trump's campaign manager, Paul Manafort, who has been convicted of tax fraud, bank fraud and failure to report foreign bank accounts, which stemmed from Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference with the 2016 election. Manafort worked for Deripaska from 2005-2009.

Dasha Zhukova, ex-wife of Roman Abramovich, lives in the home with her 2 children. Zhukova is a close friend of Ivanka Trump. Ivanka's mother and Donald's first wife, Ivana, owns a townhouse a few doors away at 10 East 64th Street.
