Inside the house, features include a gym, swimming pool and steam room. The secluded property also includes landscaped gardens, a putting green, football pitch, and netball area. The house was in the news in 2020 when Scholes reportedly hosted a party in violation of COVID-19 restrictions.

Scholes purchased the house after the 1998 World Cup tournament and performed major renovations in 2015. In 2020, weeks after reportedly splitting with his wife, Claire, Scholes listed the home for sale for £3.8 million.

Paul Scholes’ net worth is $25 million. He played his entire professional career for Manchester United and was a member of the England National Team from 1997-2004.
