In the film, its fictional address was at 152 Leaton Lane, Brighton MO, 63104, a place that does not exist at all.
Also, the water tower was painted or CGI'd to look like a real pumpkin in the film.

That makes sense a much of the movie seems to have been shot around New Orleans
