Richard Peery's House

Peery is a real estate billionaire, he built a Silicon Valley real estate empire with his business partner John Arrillaga as the technology industry in the Valley was forming. The duo sold about 120 buildings for $1.1 billion in 2006 but they still own at least 135 acres of land and millions of square feet of office space in San Jose, Santa Clara and neighboring cities.

Peery currently ranks 260th on the Forbes 400 list, worth an estimated $2.1 billion.
