Robert Palko is president and chief operating officer of California Clinical Trials Medical Group Inc. and Behavioral and Medical Research LLC in San Diego, which was bought by Parexel International in October 2006 for $65 million.
Palko bought the home from Mel Shultz, a Phoenix real estate developer, part owner of the Arizona Diamondbacks and longtime business partner of Jerry Colangelo.
