Roger Gouin's House

Roger Gouin was co-owner of North American Construction Group, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He and his brother Martin sold the company for approximately $400 million in 2003. They then invested in tire retailer Tirecraft in 2005, but the company went bankrupt three years later.

Gouin purchased this 9,500 sq. foot home in 2008 for $7.7 million. It is located in the Palm Desert resort community of Indian Wells, CA.
