The "S&K Group" was founded in 2000. German managing directors and founders Jonas Ufuk Köller (born June 29, 1981) and Stephan Christoph Schäfer (born May 29, 1979) were arrested after various raids on June 5, 2012 and February 19, 2013 for real estate and financial fraud.
The press reported that Jonas Köller and Stephan Schäfer cheated their investors and investors by more than 240 million euros. All of the entrepreneurs' assets were then frozen or confiscated. The young businessmen were known for their luxurious lifestyle: several sports cars, villas and parties worth millions.
The Netflix film "Rising High" (in Germany: "Betonrausch") is based on the business idea and the excessive life of the S&K Group.
