The property is spread over 65,000 acres, and includes a private 6,000 foot runway, over 20 miles of rivers and creeks, a 12,000 sqft lake house, a 33,000 sqft lodge, a 6,000 sqft family house, 1,700 sqft gatehouse, a 2 story pub, 30 seat movie theater, and private golf course.
