The Vanilla Ice Project Season 2 House

Vanilla Ice (Robert Van Winkle), best known for his early 90s hit Ice Ice Baby, is renovating this home for the second season of his show, The Vanilla Ice Project.

Like in the first season of the show, the property is greatly exaggerated. The home is said to be 10,000 sqft on 3 acres. In reality the home is 4,998 sqft under air, 7,418 sqft including the garage and patios on 1.38 acre. The property was originally purchased in September 2006 for $1,199,000 and went into foreclosure. It sat untouched for nearly 3 years before being purchased by Vanilla Ice for $460,000 with the intention of flipping the house for his TV show.
